What do you do at Janivaa?

Since March 2026 I've been CTO at Janivaa. We build websites for clients running performance marketing, so every page has to load fast, rank well and track every lead. Three of the builds I've led:

Mar 2026 - Present

  • Sharvv website
    • Built a high-converting single-page app for performance marketing campaigns, with Google Analytics for traffic attribution and lead-conversion tracking.
    • Reached 85+ Lighthouse scores and sub-2s loads through image compression and code-splitting, improving organic discoverability.
  • Janivaa website
    • Developed the responsive multi-page company website with strong SEO and performance optimization.
    • Kept layouts pixel-consistent and cross-browser compatible across devices.
  • Hermitage Logistics website
    • Designed and developed a corporate website to strengthen the company's online presence.
    • Automated form submissions and email notifications with Google Apps Script, removing manual lead handling.
    • Configured domain and hosting to stay reliable under peak traffic.

The through-line: measure first (Lighthouse, Analytics), then cut what's slow. Image compression and code-splitting alone took Sharvv under two seconds.
